Yukihira Stainless Saucepan 20cm

This 20cm stainless steel pan from Yukihira is a lightweight and durable one-handed pot made from stainless steel, with easy-to-read measurements on the inside, up to 1600ml. A staple item in traditional Japanese cooking, this pot is used for making staple dishes such as miso soup or hot stew dishes.

The sides of the saucepan are hammered to create dimples in the metal. This increases the surface area of the pan and allows heat to be conducted more quickly and evenly. They also help to prevent food from burning and sticking.

Suitable for gas, induction or electric hobs.

Handwash and hand dry before storing.
